Berdasarkan surat diatas Berkenaan telah diterimanya dana Beasiswa PT. Gudang Garam Periode Juli S.d. Desember 2014, mohon bantuan untuk menginformasikan kepada mahasiswa penerima agar mengambil dana beasiswanya di Biro Administrasi Kemahasiswaaan (BAK) kantor pusat kampus bukit jimbaran, paling lambat sampai dengan tanggal 20 Februari 2015 setiap hari kerja dengan menyerahkan :

• Copy Kartu Regrestasi Mahasiswa (KRM) yang masih berlaku
• Surat Pengantar dari Fakultas
• KHS semester terakhir atau Transkrip Nilai di Cap Basah
